1. A copy of the applicant’s passport information page (valid for at least 18 months from the intake date)
2. Academic transcripts
3. Academic certificate – Postgraduate Applicant
4. Passport-size photo (white background)
5. Confirmation letter / Bonafide letter from Home Institution
